Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- Passport and translation into Russian
- Migration card
- The original and a copy of the certificate showing the results of a fluorographic examination (conducted within the last year), indicating the date of the medical report (the document is valid for 1 year);
- The original and a copy of the vaccination certificate (immunization card) containing the required information on measles vaccination, or the original and a copy of an antibody test;
- A copy and the original of the Russian medical certificate on health status, Form 086/u, or its equivalent in your country. The certificate must include medical conclusions from the main specialists (general practitioner, ophthalmologist, otorhinolaryngologist, surgeon, dermatologist, neurologist) with the examination date, or a conclusion from a general practitioner with the examination date (document validity period: 1 year) (copy);
- Medical insurance policy (purchased after admission).
- Certificate confirming absence of hepatitis B and C (copy);
- Original and copy of the HIV test (document validity period: 3 months) (copy);
Settlement conditions:
- If you require a place in a dormitory, you must indicate this when submitting your documents — either when completing the application for admission or in a separate application for a dormitory place.
- For applicants admitted under the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation and on a state-funded basis, it is sufficient to indicate that you need accommodation in a dormitory—the place will be provided as a matter of course.
- For students studying on a fee-paying basis, accommodation in a dormitory is provided subject to availability.
