About the training program
The programme combines a classical legal education with advanced practical training in judicial practice, providing students with the knowledge and skills to resolve disputes arising from civil, family, housing and employment legal relations. The additional qualification “Specialist in Mediation (Mediator)” helps develop professional skills for the effective settlement of private-law disputes. A mediator is a neutral intermediary who helps the parties to a conflict or dispute find a mutually beneficial solution. Without taking either party’s side, the mediator facilitates the process, helping participants better understand one another and engage in constructive dialogue to resolve their differences.
