About the training program
Program objective: training a new generation of professional managers who master modern company management methodology, based on the development and strengthening of strategic thinking. Main learning outcomes: a set of knowledge, skills, and competencies aimed at ensuring graduates are prepared to carry out professional managerial activities in the field of corporate management and at developing and implementing a strategic management system and carrying out structural changes.
What do graduates do?
Graduates work in the fields of strategic and tactical planning and production organization, logistics and procurement, internal and external financial control and audit, financial consulting, risk management, and the organization of supply networks as specialists and heads of functional units, project managers, and managers in organizations of various legal and ownership forms, and are prepared for organizational and managerial, information and analytical, and entrepreneurial activities.
