Admission as part of a general competition

Standard admission procedure for foreign citizens on general grounds. Admission occurs based on the results of entrance tests or on the basis of education documents.

Quota receipt

Admission within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens. The number of places is limited, selection is conducted on a competitive basis through Rossotrudnichestvo.

As part of the general competition, applicants must contact the recruitment agencies cooperating with our university. The list of recruitment agencies is available on the university’s website: https://www.chesu.ru/international Applicants may also submit an application by email at inter.application@chesu.ru or on the university’s website in the relevant sections for the preparatory department, bachelor’s, specialist’s and master’s programs: https://www.chesu.ru/international Applicants may also submit their documents in person by visiting the admissions office at: 17A S. Dudaev Boulevard, Grozny. Foreign nationals may be admitted to the main educational programs both to fee-paying places under tuition agreements and to places funded from the federal budget of the Russian Federation.
