Communication is structured in such a way that, on the one hand, employers have the opportunity not only to post vacancies or view student resumes but also to plan career events, offering relevant universities to become co-organizers and integrate their own career events into their programs, relay this information to students, including automatically on social networks. On the other hand, the students themselves, by registering on the platform, get to know the employers better, not only read the texts of vacancies but also communicate directly, participating in interactive events, in order to gain an understanding of the corporate culture of the company that interests them. Based on this digital platform, online Career Days were held, where profiles of University students, employer profiles, and matchmaking on the day of the fair were presented.
