About the training program
Social and Political Philosophy is a program for those who want not merely to describe social and political phenomena, but to understand their deeper meanings, value foundations, and worldview frameworks, and to analyze the nature of power, justice, freedom, and civil society. You will learn to conduct a philosophical analysis of social and political reality (examining concepts of power, the state, human rights, democracy, and social justice), work with classical and contemporary philosophical texts using the methods of hermeneutics, discourse analysis, and comparative studies, and apply philosophical methodology to critically assess social and political doctrines.
