About the training program
The educational program prepares graduates for teaching in the field of visual arts within the systems of general secondary, vocational, and supplementary education. Practical classes are held both outdoors and indoors, where students study their subjects in natural light. Plein-air training enables them to apply the visual techniques they have learned through observational, compositional, and outdoor exercises, experiment, and develop their powers of observation, color perception, and understanding of perspective. Even during their studies, students’ paintings receive their first professional evaluation by being exhibited in Krasnoyarsk’s creative spaces and museums. All the works form a valuable collection for their portfolios.
