About the training program
The program is aimed at training specialists who have the necessary skills to analyze and develop recommendations in the economic, political, or social spheres. A distinctive feature of the educational process is the close connection between teaching and research, as well as the practical orientation of student preparation. The involvement of future bachelors in research activities and the development of project work skills is facilitated by the basic departments of leading Russian marketing companies and scientific and educational laboratories.
What do graduates do?
A sociologist today is a specialist who can work in any industry, in any organization: from a large state company or marketing agency to a small start-up, from government bodies to an NGO implementing civic initiatives. Therefore, all our graduates find their career path – some start working immediately (often in companies where they came during their studies for practice or internship), some continue their education – in Russia and abroad. After all, a sociologist has a special understanding of processes in society, its structure, and the interactions of people occupying different social positions.
