About the training program
The following programs are being implemented: "Psychology of Personnel Management (Profiling)". The program is aimed at training highly qualified psychologist-researchers and practitioners capable of solving complex tasks for optimizing the human factor in modern technological systems, increasing the efficiency and safety of activities through profiling, as well as promoting the development of human capital in high-tech companies. Graduates of the program will learn to solve complex tasks: from solving tasks related to the design of human-machine systems, personnel evaluation and development, to creating a safe and efficient production environment at enterprises in high-tech industries.
