About the training program

This full-time study program lies at the intersection of three fields—materials science, biology, and medicine—making it possible to bring to life what was once the stuff of science fiction: shape-memory implants and “smart” biomaterials, 3D printers for printing organs, and targeted drug delivery. During their studies in the specialized higher education program, students gain access to the latest developments in medicine and bionanotechnology, as well as research that has not yet been published. This enables them to conduct cutting-edge research and work on real-world projects that are transforming the industry.
