About the training program
At RUDN University, the master's degree program “Psychological and Pedagogical Education” offers the following profiles: “Psychological and Pedagogical Foundations of Organizational and Management Activities” — prepares managers with in-depth knowledge of psychology, pedagogy, and management. The profile is aimed at training middle- and senior-level managers who can effectively manage teams, build communication, resolve conflicts, and foster a healthy corporate culture; and “Organization of Inclusive Education” — prepares specialists in designing and organizing an inclusive educational environment. It covers not only the education of children with disabilities and special educational needs, but also work with gifted children, migrants, and others.
What do graduates do?
Graduates of the “Psychological and Pedagogical Foundations of Organisational and Management Activities” profile work as heads of educational organisations, deputy directors, HR specialists, organisational development consultants, and corporate culture specialists. They find employment in schools, universities, education authorities, and HR and consulting companies. Graduates of the “Organisation of Inclusive Education” profile work as teachers and educational psychologists, special education psychologists, tutors, methodologists and inclusion coordinators, resource-class coordinators, adapted-programme developers, experts, and lecturers. They work in schools, kindergartens, support centres, Psychological-Medical-Pedagogical Commissions (PMPCs), NGOs, and universities.
