About the training program
The program prepares specialists in the field of human factors and ergonomics. Graduates are able to solve informational, organizational-technical, and management problems. They justify "what and how needs to be done," find out "why something is wrong," and show "what should happen" and "what to do about it later." In other words, these are analysts who can comprehensively assess the situation and give the right recommendations. The objects of professional activity are complex informational, organizational-technical human-machine systems and technologies, as well as objects requiring a systems-analytical approach for management.
