About the training program
The civil-law track involves acquiring more in-depth professional knowledge of legal institutions in the field of civil-law relations. This specialization provides advanced knowledge in the legal regulation of housing, family, and labor relations and social security, corporate law, contractual relations and oversight of their implementation, challenging transactions in court; business operations, etc.
What do graduates do?
After graduation, graduates have the opportunity to find employment in any organizations to provide legal support for their activities (contract department, conclusion of state and municipal contracts, conducting tenders, protection of the rights and legally protected interests of organizations in court, etc.); in HR positions; in state and municipal governing bodies for positions requiring knowledge in the fields of civil law, land law, family law; housing law; tax and financial law, in the legal profession and notarial practice; in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts. In addition, graduates acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for carrying out
