About the training program
The program is aimed at developing students' practical skills and abilities to address issues and problems in the field of corporate law, one of the most dynamically developing areas of law, taking into account the experience of Russian and foreign legal regulation. Master classes featuring invited practicing lawyers and authors of key works in the field of corporate law; round tables discussing current court cases; interesting topics for master's research and their testing; practice in public speaking and presentations. The program's unique feature: it is possible to defend a master's thesis in the form of a startup.
