About the training program
The specialty prepares geographers capable of analyzing natural and socio-economic processes, assessing changes in landscapes, managing natural resources, and planning territorial development. Graduates will have competencies in the field of ecology, geographic information systems (GIS), cartography, and urbanism. Graduates can find jobs in areas related to environmental planning and management, development of territorial development strategies, tourism, in research institutions, in state and municipal administration, in organizations engaged in the study and protection of the environment.
