About the training program
The specialty program is aimed at training specialists capable of solving complex tasks related to the study, exploration, and production of hydrocarbon resources. Students study the basics of geology, geophysics, and geochemistry in the context of oil and gas fields. The training covers the processes of formation of hydrocarbon deposits, their distribution and migration in the Earth's crust, methods of search and evaluation of deposits, as well as the basics of design and operation of oil and gas wells.
