About the training program
During their studies, master's students acquire in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in the principles and tools of innovation management: project management, program management (multi-project management), process management. Master's students receive specialized training in the field of innovation strategy, formalization and modeling of an innovation project as an object of management, as well as the development of tools that support and activate the activities of the project manager at all stages of the innovation process life cycle.
