About the training program
A process engineering technician develops process routes for manufacturing parts and assembly processes for machine-building products; plans and implements processes for manufacturing and machining machine parts using computer-aided design tools; and participates in the development and implementation of control programs for manufacturing machine parts.
A process engineering technician is responsible for organizing the inspection, setup, and technical maintenance of machine-building production equipment, as well as organizing work to implement technological processes in machine-building production.
What do graduates do?
Graduates of the “Mechanical Engineering Technology” educational program are awarded the qualification of technician-technologist.
Graduates find employment at various industrial enterprises, including those in the aerospace, automotive, and aircraft manufacturing industries, as well as in cross-cutting industrial activities. They may be involved in the development, implementation, and monitoring of technological processes for the machining and assembly of products in various manufacturing sectors. A technician-technologist ensures the optimal use of materials, equipment, and resources, as well as compliance with product quality and safety standards.
