About the training program
The direction of "conflictology" introduces students to both theoretical models of conflict in various fields and practical skills in working with interpersonal, political, organizational, social, and other conflicts; they learn to analyze conflicts, develop conflict prevention programs, and acquire competencies necessary for effective conflict management. Knowledge of the patterns and principles of conflict development and communication allows students to realize themselves as mediators and negotiators.
