This direction of graduate studies covers such areas as higher geodesy (the study of the shape of the Earth and its gravitational field), topography (mapping), engineering geodesy (construction, design), surveying (subsoil research), space geodesy, remote sensing, and GIS, preparing specialists for construction, land management, the oil and gas industry, and scientific research.
