About the training program
The educational program is developed taking into account the needs of the regional labor market. The main goal of the program is to train highly qualified management personnel in the field of electric locomotive construction. As part of the strategic partnership agreement between DGTU and LLC "PK Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant," the majority of trainees are employees of NEVZ, and after completing their training, they have a real opportunity to hold high-paying positions and advance in their careers at the enterprise.
