About the training program

The program allows the student to become acquainted not only with the structure of the brain, its functioning, but also with psychocorrection associated with the pathological course of processes manifested as personality disorders. Students study psychophysiology and psychogenetics of behavior; psychophysiology of creativity; lie detection using an apparatus psychophysiological survey ("lie detector"); psychosomatics and psychiatry; psychopharmacology. An important place in preparation is given to practical courses: trainings, psychotherapeutic groups, supervisions.

What will they teach you?

  • Understanding Theories and Models: Knowledge of various psychological theories and models that explain behavior and mental processes.
  • Psychometrics: The ability to develop and use psychological tests and methods for assessing personality traits and mental states.
  • Ethics in Psychology: Understanding the ethical norms and standards that govern the practice of psychologists and their work with clients.
  • Psychological Counseling: Skills in working with clients, including conducting consultations and therapeutic sessions.

What do graduates do?

Psychologist: Counseling and therapy clients in private practice or in institutions. Clinical Psychologist: Working with patients suffering from mental disorders. Organizational Psychologist: Advising companies on human resource management, performance improvement, and employee development. Psychotherapist: Conducting psychotherapy sessions to help clients solve personal problems.
