About the training program
The "Urban Planning" profile is more relevant today than ever, as the requirements of the state and citizens for the quality of the urban environment are constantly growing. There is also a need to develop documents for territorial planning, urban zoning, and planning of territories in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (No. 190-FZ dated 29.12.2004)) and Federal Law No. 172-FZ "On Strategic Planning in the Russian Federation."
What do graduates do?
Graduates of the "Urban Planning" training profile will be in demand in the labor market because until recently, only architects were graduated from higher education. The main place of work for future graduates of the profile will be analytical, design, and design centers, as well as research institutes. Upon completion of the training, specialists will possess competencies that allow them to create an urban environment based on an artistic-compositional approach in compliance with regulatory requirements, which will ensure their demand in the labor market in the architectural and construction industry.
