About the training program
The bachelor's program "Chemical Technology" is dedicated to the study of processes and methods used to convert raw materials into finished chemical products. The study program includes in-depth study of chemistry, engineering, and technology. Students take courses in general and organic chemistry, get acquainted with the modeling of chemical and technical processes, polymer technology, biotechnology, methods of analysis and quality control, as well as with the processes and apparatus of chemical technology and the safety of production processes.
What do graduates do?
Graduates of the bachelor's specialty "Chemical Technology" are in demand in various industries that require continuous innovation and optimization of production processes. Career growth can include positions as leading engineers, heads of production units, and experts in sustainable development. Sphere of economic activity in which employment is possible: chemical-pharmaceutical production, production of cosmetic products and fragrances, chemical production. The internships of students take place in the scientific laboratories of the Institute of High-Tech Technologies and New Materials, at the enterprises of GC "Promomed," and an internship at JSC "Biochemist" is possible.
