About the training program
The residency program in the specialty "Gastroenterology" is aimed at training specialists engaged in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of digestive organ diseases. During their training, residents study the anatomy, physiology, and pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract, diagnostic methods (endoscopy, ultrasound, laboratory tests), and various approaches to the treatment of gastroenterological diseases. Residents gain skills in working with modern diagnostic and treatment methods, including pharmacotherapy, diet therapy, and endoscopic procedures. Training includes both theoretical classes and practical work.
