About the training program
A key branch of physics that studies the properties of solids and liquids. Graduate students investigate the electronic, magnetic, optical, and structural properties of materials, including nanostructures, superconductors, semiconductors, and magnets. The work is experimental and theoretical in nature and aims to create new materials for electronics, photonics, energy, and IT.
