About the training program

This study field trains specialists with knowledge of modern methods of cultivation, harvesting, processing, and packaging of agricultural products. The program combines knowledge from agronomy, chemistry, microbiology, and engineering, providing students with the skills needed to improve food quality and safety. The field prepares specialists who can work at every stage of the production chain, from field to consumer.

Processing Industry Technologist. Specialist in post-harvest processing and storage of grain, potatoes, vegetables, and fruit at grain elevators and vegetable and fruit storage facilities. Quality and Safety Manager. Certification Specialist. Production Manager (Workshop Manager). Agronomist. Food Production Technologist. Technologist specializing in the processing of crop or livestock products. Feed Technologist. Workshop Manager. Certification and Quality Specialist.
