About the training program
The postgraduate program trains research scholars and highly qualified academic teaching staff in constitutional, administrative, financial, tax, and customs law. Postgraduate students study the principles governing the organization of public authority, public administration mechanisms, the legal regulation of the budgetary system, and ensuring legality in the activities of government bodies. The program complies with the Federal State Requirements (FSR) and provides in-depth study of legal theories, comparative analysis methodology, and applied aspects of public administration. It is designed to prepare students for independent research, the publication of academic articles, and the defense of a Candidate of Sciences dissertation.
