About the training program
The postgraduate program trains academic researchers and highly qualified teaching staff in civil, business, corporate, family, and private international law. Postgraduate students study the principles governing property and personal non-property relations, the legal status of business entities, the law of obligations, and mechanisms for protecting private rights. The program complies with the Federal State Requirements (FGT) and provides in-depth study of modern civil-law theories, comparative legal analysis methodology, and current judicial practice. It is aimed at conducting independent research, writing academic articles, and defending a Candidate of Sciences dissertation.
