Employment assistance
The main areas of career guidance work with students of the Career Center of Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov include:
- Providing up-to-date information on in-demand professions, trends in the regional labor market, the needs of industrial partners and employers, as well as opportunities to obtain a second qualification while completing the main educational program and to pursue further education and professional development.
- Organizing training sessions, master classes, seminars, hackathons, and Career Days focused on developing the professional skills required for successful employment, including résumé writing, job interviews, business communication, and teamwork.
- Giving students the opportunity, while completing their educational program, to undertake part of their studies through practical training at enterprises, complete all types of practical training at enterprises, and undertake internships at enterprises to gain work experience in their field.
