About the training program
Theoretical and Historical Legal Sciences is a program for those who want not only to apply legal norms in practice, but also to understand the fundamental patterns underlying the emergence, development, and functioning of law, analyze the historical experience of legal regulation, and develop theoretical foundations for improving modern legislation. You will learn to conduct theoretical and legal analysis of the state and law (examining the essence of law, its principles, functions, and implementation mechanisms), work with historical and legal sources and documents, and use modern methods of comparative law, hermeneutics, and historical and legal research.
