graduate employment

To promote the effective employment of young professionals—graduates, help students understand the labor market situation, and create additional conditions for improving practice-oriented educational processes, KBSU has established a Career Development Office.

Employment assistance

The Directorate operates a Career Development Centre; similar centres function in all academic structural units under the supervision of career managers, who also work with career ambassadors selected from among active students.

As part of the university’s digital transformation, KBSU has introduced a digital career environment (hereinafter referred to as the DCE), which is used to publish vacancies and internships, select candidates, offer events, conduct assessments, build a talent pool, and much more.

Employment and graduate recruitment information is disseminated through 17 Telegram and VK channels integrated with the DCE. The information is also communicated to students by the units’ career development managers in WhatsApp groups.

The DCE contains a questionnaire for students seeking part-time or temporary employment; based on the results, students are offered suitable employment opportunities.

The Directorate conducts an annual survey of graduates.
