Rules for settling in a dormitory
Required documents:
- 1. Application for accommodation in a KBGU dormitory for the period of study (the foreign student can obtain the application form from the KBGU Student Campus Directorate); 2. Passport with a valid visa; 3. Migration card bearing a border-crossing stamp; 4. Notification of migration registration / Registration (if 7 calendar days have passed since crossing the border).
Settlement conditions:
- Students (applicants) are accommodated on the basis of their personal applications bearing the approval of the Director of the Student Campus and a residential premises lease agreement in the dormitory (hereinafter referred to as the “residential premises lease agreement”). The residential premises lease agreements are drawn up in two copies: one copy is kept by the resident, while the other is held by the administration of KBSU. Upon moving into the dormitory, students (applicants) must be familiarized with the Rules, the Regulations on the Student Campus, and the Fire Safety Rules, as well as with the established procedure for using personal electrical household appliances.
