About the training program
The educational program is developed taking into account professional standards and employers' opinions on the correspondence of graduates' competencies and labor functions in the field of professional activity. The program provides: A creative approach to learning based on the use of modern educational technologies; close ties with business organizations; formation of skills in developing and implementing highly productive human resource management systems. The educational activities of the program are closely linked to the work of the HR clinic at St. Petersburg State University. Students participate in projects with partner companies, study at the School of Career Consultants, the HR Branding and HR Analytics Laboratories.
