About the training program
The master's program “Notarial Practice” is delivered by the basic chair of notarial studies with the support of the Federal Notarial Chamber. The program’s courses cover both the study of the fundamental norms of private and public law and the specific features of performing notarial acts in the era of the “digital” economy. Within the program, students study, in particular, current issues of performing notarial acts remotely, remote certification of transactions, preservation of evidence on the Internet, inheritance of “digital” assets, notarial “teleportation” of documents, etc.
