About the training program
The aim of the programme is to develop students’ conceptual knowledge of the notion, substance, guarantees and legal means of protecting individual rights within criminal-law relations, as well as to acquire the skills and abilities required to carry out law-enforcement and human-rights protection activities in the area of the rights and freedoms of individuals involved in criminal-law relations. A lawyer specialising in criminal-law relations is a professional who: performs, to a high standard, official and other professional duties aimed at ensuring the protection of individual rights in the criminal-law sphere; and carries out, at a qualified level, activities to protect individual rights under criminal law.
