Highly qualified specialists for modern industrial sectors that use knowledge-intensive technologies to develop new electronic and nanoelectronic devices. Particular attention is paid to training graduates in the production and application of new materials for the needs of electronics and nanoelectronics, as well as in the practical use of microelectronic and solid-state electronic instruments and devices that are in demand on the labour market.
