About the training program
Study of the structures and modern technological processes for manufacturing integrated circuits, design calculation methods, and the design and modeling of custom integrated circuits using modern computer-aided design (CAD) systems. - Training in the development and application of core processes for micro- and nanosystems technology, preparation of process route sheets, and monitoring the parameters of process environments to organize high-tech nanoproduct manufacturing; developing the ability to make informed choices of manufacturing routes for integrated circuits and to prepare design and process documentation.
