About the training program
The educational program is designed to train professional specialists capable of integrating into the modern industrial and economic environment; operating, diagnosing, and repairing modern electrical equipment and the electrical facilities of enterprises, organizations, and institutions. Graduates acquire competencies in the maintenance and repair of relay protection and automation equipment for electrical networks; automated process control systems in electrical networks; testing and research in the automotive industry; the maintenance and repair of power transmission cable lines; and the commissioning and operation of relay protection and automation systems.
What do graduates do?
Power engineering specialists are in demand at enterprises across all industrial sectors where electrical equipment is operated, as well as at regional energy-efficiency centers and research and production companies engaged in the development, manufacture, diagnostics, and maintenance of electrical equipment, including vehicle and electric-transport systems. Graduates take up positions as managers, engineers, and experts in engineering and service departments, production and technology departments, and as supervisors of units responsible for repairing power equipment, engineer-inspectors at departmental energy supervision centers, and heads and specialists of design departments.
