What do graduates do?
-HR business partner: working with line managers on all HR issues: selection, development, motivation, team dynamics. -Organizational consultant: conducting diagnostics of organizational problems, facilitating sessions on changes, developing programs for the development of corporate culture. -T&D manager: development and conduct of trainings on soft skills, management, implementation of mentoring programs. -Recruiter-researcher: selection of complex, highly specialized candidates, building talent maps.
