About the training program
Programme 43.03.01 “Service”, specialisation “Business Processes in Service Enterprises”, trains specialists for the service economy. Students master administrative, marketing, financial, technological and project activities, and learn to design and optimise business processes in hospitality, catering, retail, manufacturing and consulting. Graduates will be able to select organisational solutions, implement digital technologies, develop service processes and manage customer relationships. The programme is taught by leading specialists from the Institute of Economic Security and practitioners from companies in Vyborg. Practical training takes place at real enterprises, and the final qualifying project involves developing a project based on their operations.
