About the training program

Program objective: to train highly qualified research and academic staff with skills in independent scientific and analytical thinking, acquired from the scientific and methodological foundations of technical science, as well as the theories and concepts of the scientific specialty 4.3.5. Food Biotechnology and Biologically Active Substances.

What will they teach you?

  • проводить исследования в области биотехнологии продуктов питания и биологически активных веществ;
  • разрабатывать и модифицировать новые пищевые ингредиенты и создавать пищевые продукты с заданным составом и свойствами;
  • применять биотехнологический подход для обеспечения выпуска высококачественных, биологически полноценных и безопасных продуктов питания в соответствии с концепцией продовольственной безопасности РФ;
  • писать и структурировать научные статьи, выступать с результатами исследований и готовить диссертацию на соискание ученой степени кандидата наук;
  • использовать иностранный язык в профессиональной деятельности.
