About the training program
The training is both scientific and educational, as well as practice-oriented, which forms in graduates the ability to perform specific labor functions in accordance with the professional standard "Specialist in the Technology of Food Products from Plant Raw Materials" (approved by Order of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation No. 694n dated October 28, 2019) – the main document regulating the field of activity and job duties of a food enterprise specialist. During the educational process, graduates acquire skills in solving scientific research, technological, and project tasks of professional activity.
