About the university
The Russian Biotechnological University (ROSBIOTECH University) is one of the largest scientific and educational centers that trains specialists in the field of food production and technology, biotechnology, medicine, veterinary medicine, the hospitality industry, information technology and artificial intelligence. It was founded in 1930. The University provides training in more than 150 areas of bachelor's, specialist's, master's, postgraduate, residency, and secondary vocational education.
University infrastructure
Cryogenic Technology Center
The Center trains specialists and interns, as well as conducts research in the following areas: food refrigeration; climate systems and life support; commercial refrigeration equipment with temperature monitoring; technological modes of food refrigeration
Center for Applied Biotechnolo
The center has two laboratories: the laboratory of food technology and biotechnology, which studies microorganisms for health-saving food technologies, and the laboratory of vacuum freeze drying, which develops technologies for preserving the beneficial properties of products for long-term storage.
Simulation complex (VR/AR)
This complex is engaged in the creation and implementation of virtual and augmented reality technologies (VR/AR simulation complexes) for the development of digital counterparts of technological processes in various industries.
Center for Intelligent Systems
The Center trains qualified personnel for equipment manufacturers and their partners, conducts research and testing of new equipment. The Center also provides training and advanced training for partner personnel, creating personalized laboratories for equipment testing.
Technopark
On the basis of the University, there is a "Polygon of quality and neurosensory technologies", which conducts modern high-precision methods of neuromarketing and sensory analysis, and creates promising packaging solutions. Partners of the landfill are: Sensory lab LLC, Chocolatend LLC.
Certification Center
The university has a Certification Center, which includes six laboratories equipped for research according to Russian and international standards. The Center verifies the quality and safety of food products according to GOST and issues test reports.
