About the training program

The direction 19.03.03 Animal Foods includes the following preparation profiles: 1. Milk biotechnology and dairy production; 2. Meat biotechnology and meat production. If you want to open your own sausage shop, become a well-known cheese maker or nutritionist - then this is your direction. In the process of learning, you will master all the necessary skills. Specifically, you will gain professional skills for producing quality food products from raw materials in the meat industry, master biotechnological, functional, physicochemical, and other fundamentals of meat processing, and learn the basics of metrology and standardization in the dairy industry.
