What do graduates do?
-Sales and Service Manager: working with passengers at stations, ticket offices, or call centers, consulting, ticket sales, resolving conflict situations. -Passenger Service Specialist at the station: organizing the operation of service zones, quality control of cleaning, catering, and waiting hall operations. - Passenger transportation analyst: analysis of train occupancy, route efficiency, preparation of schedule optimization proposals. - Specialist in (FPC): organization of long-distance transportation, work with onboard service.
