About the training program
The Master’s program in “Fundamental Informatics and Information Technologies” at RUDN University is offered through several tracks: “Mathematical Modeling in Technical Systems” and “Mathematical Modeling in Space Research” (Academy of Engineering); “Wireless Networks, Internet of Things and Cybersecurity” (Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Natural Sciences); and “Data Management and Artificial Intelligence” (Faculty of Artificial Intelligence).
What do graduates do?
Thanks to their advanced mathematical foundation, skills in designing complex systems, and research experience, master's graduates take on more advanced positions, often in management or research. They can pursue careers as: Software Architect / Systems Architect; Senior / Lead Developer; ML / AI Architect, Lead ML Engineer; MLOps Engineer; Researcher in computer science and algorithms; Technical Lead (Tech Lead, Engineering Manager); Product Manager with strong technical expertise; Head of R&D; university lecturer, university researcher; expert in algorithms and complexity analysis.
