About the training program

The "Labor Economics and Personnel Management" program: as a result of their training, graduate students will master the technologies for attracting and retaining talented employees, as well as the skills for developing and managing the effectiveness of their work. A distinctive feature of the program is its practical orientation. The profession of an HR specialist is interesting and unique; it allows using knowledge and experience from various fields: economics, management, psychology, and labor law. Our practicing teachers help form not only important professional competencies but also acquire skills necessary in the life of every modern person. During the training period, monthly master classes with HR industry leaders are held.
