Direction 36.03.01 Veterinary and sanitary expertise includes profiles: 1. Safety of raw materials and food products; 2. Expertise and microbiological safety; 3. State management in the field of biosafety. Within the framework of the direction, you will learn to conduct tests and analyses of the composition and purity, chemical and biological properties of materials and substances in the field of food hygiene, including veterinary control and control over the production of food products, conduct bacteriological studies of products of animal and plant origin, prepare documents on the conformity (non-conformity) of raw materials and products of animal and plant origin.
