About the training program
The program trains specialists in organizing service operations. It was developed by the Faculty of Economics of Pushkin Leningrad State University to meet market needs. Special attention is given to vehicle services, including maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of electric vehicles. Students acquire technical knowledge of vehicle design and equipment, as well as communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to work with standards and procedures. Practical training reinforces theoretical knowledge and develops the competencies required to work at motor transport enterprises. Specialists must be able to explain complex issues to clients, analyze malfunctions, and eliminate them effectively.
